Once the registration process, service activation, scholarship application processing, or digital access has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Technical payment failure resulting in multiple deductions.
• Service not delivered due to verified technical issues from our side.
• Incorrect transaction caused by payment gateway errors.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

• Registration fees
• Application processing charges
• Digital educational content access
• Quiz or test participation fees
• Downloaded or accessed premium resources

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect payment has been processed, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.

Please provide:

• Transaction ID
• Registered email address
• Payment screenshot or proof
• Description of the issue

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days.

The actual credit time depends on your bank, UPI app, card issuer, or payment gateway provider.

6. Third-Party Payment Gateway

Payments on DreamBuild Scholarship may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions after the refund has been initiated from our side.

7. Fraudulent Transactions

DreamBuild Scholarship reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of refund requests
• Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks
